Introduction: Alternative punishments of imprisonment, which are called as a new approach of the penal system to fight against the negative consequences of prison, have many effects and consequences that need to be investigated. Therefore, in this study, while examining the types of alternative punishments, the moral and social effects of the implementation of these punishments have been explored. Materials and Methods: The present study was conducted using an analytical-descriptive method. In this study, in order to provide an appropriate answer to the question presented, by referring to the theoretical bases (books) and articles published in the ISC, Magiran, Civilica, SID and Ensani in the years 2011 to 2023 and with the method of extracting the existing legal provisions, the effectiveness of this type of punishment was also criticized in reaching the intended goals. Conclusion: The results of this study show that with the implementation of such punishments, the level of public trust, the growth of morals and social capital in the society will also improve. Therefore, the implementation of these punishments, while reducing the criminal population of prisoners and reforming them, provides better implementation of social justice and improvement of public trust, emotional and financial support for the families of criminals

In this research "effective social factors in children influence by television" has been dealt with and the main question was that how extent is the social factors is effective in children's behavior influenced act by television. Method of a description was descriptive. Statistical study were male and female parents of all children in Tehran, who are at pre-school, which consists of 150 individuals for instance (30 people in northern Tehran, 30 South, 30 East, 30 West and 30 centers) were selected. Study used material was a modified social factor questionnaire consist of five-optioned twenty-eight question that contained by Likert measuring with higher coefficients of 70%. Recently questionnaire investigates in four domains of family, social, educational environment and the media and at least after collecting results of all questioners the single-group t-test model would be run on questions of study that it showed social factors are effective on children-influenced by television.

This paper explains the effects of TV on culture by an emphasis on ethnical and national identities. The provided results which have been obtained from a part of a scientific research in IRIB research center show that on one hand, messages on some issues have been repeatedly broadcasted from IRI TV in three sections namely satiric programs, news and serials and watchers have been exposed to these messages, and on the other hand, watching TV has no influence on ethnical identity of the individuals. For national identity, the results of multivariable regression proves that level of watching TV has been entered into the equation and has been known as the third influential element after variables including communication network domain and level of individuals’ self-confidence.On the whole, despite the fact that IRI TV produces and broadcasts messages regarding any of the identity issues under investigation, yet such messages are beside other influential elements and TV has been an effective element on the view of addressees regarding identity after social system variables. Moreover, the investigation showed that despite Gerbner’s Cultivation theory, TV in Iran has no Cultivation influence on the minds of addressees and people are more under the influence of other social system variables.

Portraying women in the media is one of the main social and cultural issues especially on television. Television commercials as a genre have ideas about goods and services, but it constructs a secondary discourse about society, culture and gender roles along the way. The main goal of this paper is to examine women’s readings of gender roles representation in Iranian television commercials from the cultural studies perspective. To achieve this objective, focus group interviews were used to study women readings and then their readings was analyzed. The results showed that television commercials are heedless of socio-cultural developments and the gender roles changes in different aspects in the society, but it represents dominant ideology in media and minimal status group of woman in Iranian society.Currently, different groups of women are engaged in different discourses and they will gradually engage in other discourses. If this trend continues by different groups of women and the misrepresentation or exclusion of women doesn’t stop in the media, the audiences with different readings will become the most rethinking groups.

This article studies the impression of television modernism. Sociological studies in the field of the influence of television have paid little attention to the dissemination of the modern culture. The main issue in this research is that whether television has been an element of inculcation of the modern culture in people or not. Questionnaire and interview technique has been used in this survey as a method. The sample bulk included 1047 individuals form the families residing in 22 districts of Tehran. The result of the research reveals that television has been an element of dissemination of the modern outlook. This result turns more meaningful in view of the content of programs.

in this research, their effects on the flight of airplanes were investigated. The study area is the country of Iran, and the flight routes of Kermanshah, Ahvaz and BandarAbbas to Tehran. The research data includes maps of the Vertical Transect (profile) of the jet stream, the daily average of the Zonal wind (U-Wind) and meridional wind (V-Wind) components for the winter period of 2018 through NOAA/NCEP environmental databases. Also, flight route information was received from FlightRadar24 and Flightaware systems. First, by using Vertical Transect maps, the days containing strong U-Wind were extracted, and the average position of the core of the Jet Streams in the Zonal and meridional wind components, the Tropospheric level of 200 HP was detected. The list of flights was prepared, and the Zonal Wind maps were produced. Finally, the height of the flights was compared with the level of the currents of the Jet Streams, and the influence or lack of influence of the Jet Streams on the flights was studied. According to the results of the research, all the Jet Streams caused turbulence for all flights, and they caused a decrease in the speed of flights between Ahvaz and BandarAbbas to Tehran and an increase in the speed of flights between Kermanshah and Tehran according to the direction and type of Jet Streams. It was also found that all the Jet Streams had a speed of more than 90 knots, so the capacity to create tension and turbulence such as CAT was seen in them

The article examines the effects the television exerts on modernism through its audience. In studying the audience factors such as the degree of exposure to the media, the content of exposure, the varying socio-cultural backgrounds play a central role in efficacy of the message. The above perspective has seldom been considered in domestic Iranian research. The basic question of this research is to understand how a type of audience activity influences television impact's on modernism. Therefore, it is necessary that the relationship between television and modernism be specified within the sample population. Then, one may go on studying the audience's role and position in such a process. This is a survey research, which includes a sample of 1047 taken from households residing in Tehran's 22 city districts. The findings show that television impacts audiences differently, given their various socio-cultural groupings.
